Information you provide
Business forms collect your name, company, country, city, business type, email, telephone / WhatsApp, optional website, product requirements, volume, currency preference and message. Selected product codes, units and size requests are included where applicable. Please do not provide patient records, medical diagnoses, identity documents or payment-card information.
Purpose and collection
Submitted enquiries are saved in the site’s platform database with a reference, submission time and privacy-notice version. The information supports your requested business discussion and any pre-contractual follow-up. The form asks for your agreement to this use; it does not enrol you in marketing. The applicable legal basis and any additional contractual or statutory recordkeeping must be assessed by the business for the specific processing.
Technical providers and external services
Website hosting and database providers process data to operate the enquiry service. Infrastructure and provider processing may be outside your country. For questions about current processors, locations and applicable transfer safeguards, contact the business. WhatsApp, email and Google Maps are separate services: their own privacy terms apply when you choose to use them. WhatsApp sharing is an additional action, not automatic email delivery.
Local drafts and abuse prevention
The quotation list is a temporary draft stored in this browser, not a submitted record. Clear the list to remove that draft; a submitted record is separate. A short-lived hashed network identifier and request count are used to limit form abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in the enquiry tables. Browser language preferences are also stored locally.
Retention and your choices
Business enquiries should be kept only for the active enquiry, relevant commercial relationship and any applicable legal recordkeeping. Contact info@megev.com.tr to ask about retention, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of your agreement. Where applicable, you may also request restriction, objection or portability, and contact the competent data-protection authority. Rights depend on the applicable law and transaction.
Important scope
