How to discuss item-specific warranty, transit claims and international B2B returns.
Confirm before ordering
Ask for the selected product’s warranty issuer, coverage, inspection and claim procedure in the written offer. The site does not promise one universal warranty period or international return entitlement for all product groups.
Report an issue
Contact info@megev.com.tr with the order reference, product code, quantity, issue description and supporting packaging or product photographs. Avoid sending personal medical information. Do not return goods before receiving written instructions.
International coordination
The parties should confirm the return destination, transport costs, customs handling, inspection and replacement or credit procedure for the transaction. Transit damage and non-conformity should be handled under the agreed sales and transport terms, without excluding mandatory applicable rights.
